Talk 3: Perverse sheaves (Joao Lobo)

Recall the notion of a t-structure on a stable category and introduce the
standard t-structure on (hypercomplete) sheaves on a topological space as the main example for us. Prove how to glue two t-structures in a recolle-ment (e.g. [Ban07, Theorem 7.2.2]). Define the perverse t-structure on the category of hypersheaves on a stratified topological space and prove that it is indeed a t-structure [HPT26, Section 3]. Explain how it restricts to a t-structure on constructible sheaves [HPT26, Remark 4.2.12]. More classical literature can be found in [Dim04, Section 5.1] or [Ban07, Section 7].
