Explain how one can view L-parameters as cocycles, define the moduli functor Z1(WF0, Gˆ), and show it is representable by a scheme [DHKM20, p5]. Specializing to the tame case, construct the scheme Z1(WF0/PF, Gˆ) [DHKM20, §2.1] and study its geometry [DHKM20, §2.2].
