SUMMARY:Seminar on Arithmetic Geometry
DESCRIPTION:Yanik Kleibrink (Darmstadt): Period Maps from Log Prismatic Realization Functors \nI will start by surveying the recent development of logarithmic prismatic cohomology by Koshikawa and Yao that extends the original work by Bhatt and Scholze. In particular\, I will introduce the logarithmic prismatic realization functor for toroidal compactifications of integral canonical models of Shimura varieties of Hodge type constructed by Inoue\, which extends the realization functor of Imai\, Kato\, and Youcis. Using this realization functor\, I will present work-in-progress concerning the definition of a mod \(p\)-period map of the special fiber of an integral canonical model of Shimura variety of Hodge type to the stack of \(G\Zip\)s. Ideally\, this construction coincides with an existing construction by Goldring and Koskivirta and enables the usage of prismatic methods in the study of Ekedahl-Oort strata. \nZoom (635 7328 0984\, Kenncode: kleinste sechsstellige Primzahl)

SUMMARY:Oberseminar Algebra und Geometrie
DESCRIPTION:Menelaos Zikidis (University of Pittsburgh): Joyce Structures on Moduli of Quadratic Differentials \nAbstract: Joyce Structures are the output of Bridgeland’s largely conjectural program aiming to encode the DT- invariants of triangulated CY3 categories in a geometric structure over their space of stability conditions\, akin to Frobenius structures in GW-theory. In this talk I will concentrate on the main class of examples we can currently construct a Joyce structure\, namely on certain categories associated to quivers with potential. In those cases\, the space of stability conditions becomes the moduli of meromorphic quadratic differentials on wild algebraic curves and Joyce structures arise as isomonodromy connections on a space parametrising irregular parabolic Higgs bundles and flat connections\, a model resembling a complexification of the Hitchin system. These structures naturally give rise to a class of complex Hyperkähler manifolds and admit a twistor space description. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Oberseminar Algebra und Geometrie
DESCRIPTION:Remy van Dobben de Bruyn (MPI for Mathematics\, Bonn): A condensed proof of the étale and pro-étale exodromy correspondences \nAbstract: The category of locally constant étale sheaves on a scheme is controlled by the étale fundamental group\, via the monodromy correspondence. Following ideas of MacPherson\, this was upgraded to an “exodromy correspondence” for constructible étale sheaves by Barwick\, Glasman\, and Haine in 2018. While the statement is purely algebro-geometric\, their proof ventures deep into higher topos theory. I will present a direct geometric proof via condensed mathematics.

SUMMARY:Cartier Crystals and dual-constructible p-torsion complexes
DESCRIPTION:Kay Rülling (Universität Wuppertal) \nAbstract:\nOn noetherian F-finite \F_p-schemes\, the class of constructible étale \Z/p^n-sheaves contains the constant sheaf \Z/p^n and is stable under higher direct images along proper maps.\nContrary to the \ell-torsion situation the twisted sheaves \Z/p^n(j) are not constructible.\nIn this talk we introduce dual constructible p-torsion complexes\, which contain only the top twisted sheaves\, are stable under higher direct images along arbitrary separated morphisms of finite type\, and are dual under Kato duality to the constructible complexes of \Z/p^n-sheaves. The proof uses a Riemann-Hilbert style equivalence between the derived category of Cartier crystals introduced by Blickle-Böckle and the category of dual constructible complexes\, which by an argument involving Grothendieck and Kato-duality is reduced to a version of the classical Riemann-Hilbert Theorem for \F_p-sheaves by Emerton-Kisin and Böckle-Pink. This is joint work with Jefferson Baudin.

SUMMARY:Seminar on Arithmetic Geometry
DESCRIPTION:Sean Cotner (University of Bonn): On the Fargues-Scholze local Langlands correspondence for Yu’s supercuspidals \nThere are several different approaches to the local Langlands\ncorrespondence\, which can be roughly grouped as “classical”\, “explicit”\,\nand “geometric”. Each of these has its own useful features\, and it is\nexpected that they all ultimately yield the same correspondence\, but this\nis far from clear. There has been a lot of work by many people comparing\nthe classical and geometric approaches\, and some partial work comparing\nthe other two pairs of approaches. I will discuss recent joint work with\nTony Feng which is focused on comparing the explicit and geometric\napproaches due to Kaletha and Fargues–Scholze\, respectively. Roughly\, we\nproceed by induction on the semisimple rank to reduce to the case of tori\,\nwhere the two approaches are known to agree. The main recent tools making\nthis argument possible are Feng’s modular functoriality and Scholze’s\nindependence of \ell. \nZoom (635 7328 0984\, Kenncode: kleinste sechsstellige Primzahl)
